Would you like to return the order?

1. Contact us via email.
Contact us at the e-mail address: adorabla.info@gmail.com. Please mention your order number and the reason for the return. When we receive the mail we can make the return happen as soon as possible.

2. Returns will be accepted for 30 days.
Orders can be returned within the 30 days. Make sure the order is returned in the same packaging. When returning, you will pay the shipping costs involved. Please note, jewelry that has already been worn will not be accepted, so make sure the order is returned in unworn condition. We aim to process refunds within 14 days.

3. Items in discount not accepted.
Items that are in discount or last-buy items are not accepted and cannot be returned.
